How can I have NOT posted about her yet? Though this site has only been up for a month, that’s no excuse!
Here are pics of AlessandraAmbrossio at Fox’s Good Day in New York earler this month. She is looking lovely in pink–and those shoes are HOT!

She’s reported to be 5 ft 10 inches and 112 lbs,which in my opinion is quite low–but she DOES have a small frame, and she IS a model. Here are some excerpts of her diet and exercise strategy:

Miranda Kerr was hosting an In-Store Fashion Workshop at a David Jones store in Sydney today. She is one of my favorite VS models-and is always looking great. We are great at coming up with excuses for why not to exercise: we’re too tired, our days are too busy, and gyms are too expensive. Well, there is someone who is very busy doesn’t always goes to the gym, and stays in great shape by jump-roping!

That’s right – Adriana Lima! On exercise, she says:
“Well its not easy because we travel so much so its not easy to always be in working out, I do my best, if I’m traveling I try to run and I do a 30 minute run on the treadmill, and sometimes I take boxing classes, I love to jump rope! Jumping rope is the best, if you jump rope for like 10 mins it’s like 30 mins of running. It’s really good cardio. I love it.”
But she also practices portion control:
“I try to control what I eat, but the truth is I can’t. I tried to give up meat last week, but I only lasted three days. I just couldn’t do it. I love meat, chocolate, and cakes. For the moment I like my body. I don’t think it’s the best one, but I don’t have anything I don’t like about it-yet…I’ve never been to the gym. I do nothing.” (from Hollyscoop)
So the next time you try to come up with an excuse of why you can’t exercise, pick up a jump-rope. You can do it while watching on TV instead of sitting on the couch. And if you are still coming up with excuses, just be reminded that you can look a little more like this:
