Here are some recent photos of Kristin Cavallari being filmed for “The Hills”. She’s cute and thin–but the photos of her side and back suggest that she’s not too big on toning exercises–especially for the arms and butt areas. Though already beautiful, doing some lunges and bicep curls would help.

Here are some photos of Audtrin Patridge arriving at Comic-Con in San Diego on a few days ago. She is looking cute–and has cute habits to stay toned:
Audrina says to stay in shape she uses the same trainer as Lauren did to lose weight. Being naturally thin, Audrina doesn’t have to do much to stay in shape. She credit her mom having a great body and genetics in being naturally thin. She only goes to the gym to tone up and not to lose weight. She only works out once a week doing 30 minutes on an ellpitcal. The rest of the time she focuses on squats and weight training. She also used to eat junk food all of the time, but since being on TV not anymore! She traded her junk for salad’s and fish as much as she can. She also shared that when she goes out to eat she will order whatever she wants but she will only eat a little bit of it. It’s all about portion control with Audrina. When she’s not working out at the gym she will hike at Runyon Canyon or lift weights at home. She also said that she wears heels when she vaccums because it works her calves and her butt. Lauren Conrad will be on the cover of Shape Magazine’s September Issue (leaked from Perez Hilton). This is her SECOND time being on the cover–the previous time was for the January 2008 issue. Both cover images are below. This woman has done a great job of losing weight, keeping it off, and looking healthy!
